Stackheim is a Magic: The Gathering companion app for tracking life totals, commander damage, counters, tokens, and other game state during play. The app also offers game history, statistics, multiplayer sync, and related features.

Stackheim is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

You may use Stackheim without an account for basic game tracking. To access full features (game history, statistics, multiplayer, friends), you must create an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when creating your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Stackheim offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features, including extended game history, advanced statistics, and the ability to host multiplayer games.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the price at time of purchase until the next renewal.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not directly process payments.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

All content, design, code, and branding of Stackheim are owned by Pixelheim. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

User-generated content (display names, deck names) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing your name to other players in multiplayer games).

We strive to keep Stackheim available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the app after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance.

Stackheim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of game tracking. Stackheim is a convenience tool, not an official game arbiter.

You may stop using Stackheim at any time. To delete your account and data, contact lifestack@pxh.no.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
