Terms of Service

Stackheim is a Magic: The Gathering companion app for tracking life totals, commander damage, counters, tokens, and other game state during play. The app also offers game history, statistics, multiplayer sync, and related features.

Stackheim is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

You may use Stackheim without signing in. The app then creates an unsaved account for you, and everything works with it except friends, trades, sharing with friends and playing a game across phones. Those need a saved account, with a valid email address or an Apple or Google sign-in.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when creating your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Stackheim is free to use. Stackheim Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold monthly or annually, which adds a card's price history, your collection's value over time, the deeper reading of your own games, and more than one price alert.

Where you subscribe decides who bills you. A subscription bought inside the iOS app is billed by Apple through your Apple Account, one bought inside the Android app is billed by Google through your Google Play account, and one bought on stackheim.com is billed by us through Stripe.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before that period ends. A free trial, where offered, becomes a paid period on the same terms unless it is cancelled in the same window.
• Cancel or manage it where you bought it: the subscription settings of your Apple Account or your Google Play account, or the billing portal in your Stackheim account for a subscription bought on the web. We cannot cancel or refund an App Store or Google Play subscription on your behalf. Apple and Google handle those under their own terms.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the price at time of purchase until the next renewal.

For a subscription bought on the App Store, this agreement is between you and Pixelheim alone, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

All content, design, code, and branding of Stackheim are owned by Pixelheim. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

User-generated content (display names, deck names) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing your name to other players in multiplayer games).

We strive to keep Stackheim available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the app after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance.

Stackheim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of game tracking. Stackheim is a convenience tool, not an official game arbiter.

You may stop using Stackheim at any time. To delete your account and data, open your profile from the Play tab in the app and tap Delete account, or email hello@stackheim.com.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
